PADI Women Dive Day
July 19th 2025.
Join us for this inspiring annual event hosted by PADI that highlights the incredible contributions of women in diving while promoting marine conservation.

We will organize a special 2 tank trip only with girls (9am and 11:30am) and after we will go to Titas for a special celebration.

PADI Aware Week
September 13th to 20th 2025.
Join us for a 7-day global event dedicated to protecting our oceans! PADI Aware Week unites scuba divers worldwide in the mission to promote marine conservation.
Why participate?
💙 Citizen Science: Participate in data collection to better understand and protect marine ecosystems.
💙 Marine Debris Removal: Help rid the ocean of waste and plastic pollution.
💙 Shark Habitat Protection: Support the preservation of vital shark habitats.
By 2025, over 250 million tons of plastic are estimated to pollute our oceans. Together, we can turn the tide and make a lasting impact.
What will we do?
We will offer a Special Bundle with 3 Aware Specialties: PADI Dive Against Debris Specialty, PADI Aware Coral Conservation, and PADI Aware Shark Conservation. Also, we will organize Conservation Activities: Beach Clean-Up, Lionfish Hun,t and Dive Against Debris.

Master Scuba Diver Challenge
June 1st to 30th 2025.
Are you ready to elevate your skills and join the ranks of elite divers? The Master Scuba Diver Challenge is your path to mastering the underwater world.
To achieve this prestigious rating, you will need to be a Rescue Diver, have 50 logged dive and 5 PADI specialties courses.

RD Tec Week
August 2nd to 9th 2025.
Join our first Roatan Divers Tec Week. During the week we offer demos and tryouts with the tec equipment, presentations about tec dive and many tec dives.

Golden Buoy Competition
September to October 2025.
The Golden Buoy Competition is a friendly contest among Roatán dive shops to raise funds for the SOL International Foundation, a U.S. non-profit dedicated to enhancing the lives of local children here in Roatán.
This annual competition started over 15 years ago when dive shop staff brainstormed ways to give back to the community. The result was a series of fundraising events, and the dive shop that raises the most money wins the Golden Buoy.
For the past 18 years, SOL has been making a significant impact through community-based programs, including a fully staffed Community Center near AKR, an inspiring scholarship program with over 60 recipients, a vital meal program, and a collaborative sports initiative.

PADI Instructor Development Course - IDC

Are you dreaming of life as a scuba diving instructor? If so, the PADI IDC is your starting point for turning your dreams into a reality.
During the IDC, you’ll learn how to teach the skills from each of these courses, and you’ll study and learn about PADI Standards and General Procedures.
