With a hands-on experience you will learn about setup and adjustment methods, lighting and composition-options and some practical techniques to take better pictures.

How long does it take?
1 DAY
This is a 12 day course that is divided into 2 parts:
Knowledge Development: you will begin by completing the PADI eLearning from the comfort of your home without wasting time with classroom presentations during your vacation.
Open Water Dives: after you will get on board one of our boats to do 2 open water dives with your instructor.

What will I learn?
During your PADI UW Digital Photographer Specialty you will learn how to:
Equipment Selection: understanding the different types of underwater photography equipment like strobes and lights.
Photography Techniques: basic principles of composition and framing.
Environmental Awareness: how to be a responsible underwater photographer and minimize your impact on marine life.

YES! We will dedicate an instructor exclusive for your course and the maximum size of the group is 6 people.

With the PADI UW Digital Photographer you will:
Have a solid foundation in underwater photography
Be able to capture images that truly reflect the beauty of the underwater world

To complete your Digital Photographer Specialty you need to do 2 open water dives.

Minimum 10 years old
Be an Open Water Diver from any dive organization
Medical Form: You need to fill out a medical questionnaire. With any “Yes” response you will need a medical clearance for diving. You can acquire this at home or here on the Island at least one day prior to your dive. Ask us for the form!
